Helping Others Better Themselves

Wednesday, August 25th, 2010

Helping others better themselves is something that has recently been put on my heart.  I am talking about helping them achieve things for themselves.  This could have a different meaning for everyone.  It could be health, financial or emotional.

Brent has been very involved in helping others with their nutrition and exercising. He has been an inspiration for lots of people on the internet.  You can follow his own success with weight loss.  His blog is www.getfitwithbrent.com

Brent is the one that got me started exercising.  I have never been one to really care about exercise and eating healthy. But he found a exercise routine that fit what I wanted and didn’t feel like exercise.  It is called Brazil Butt Lift.  Don’t laugh at the name because it honestly works your whole body.

I have really enjoyed doing Brazil Butt Lift.  It is a 4 week program.  It allows you to pick which areas you want to work and that is what you do for 4 weeks.  Brazil Butt Lift keeps my attention and honestly does not feel like exercising to me.

By saying this about exercising, it has challenged me to want to help others get themselves in the body they want to have.  They can also achieve some financial goals by getting fit and making themselves feel better.  There is a business opportunity that goes along with this exercise program.

Brazil Butt Lift can only be bought through a company called Beach Body.  If you are exercising you will see results and people will start to notice a change.  If you are a coach you can sell them an exercise program and make money off the sell.  You can also find people that want to help others.  It is a win win for everyone!!

If you would like more information on an exercise program for you or would like to become a coach and help others in many ways please contact me today and we will get you on your way to a better self!

Easter Week/Weekend

Friday, April 2nd, 2010

This week has been very busy for us and is not slowing down.

We started the week with Brooklyn having a field trip to the Heifer Ranch.  I got to go on the field trip with her.  Being able to stay home allows me to go and participate with every thing my girls do.  She enjoyed seeing the camels, bunnies, and water buffalo.

Then Wednesday, Tori had an Easter egg hunt and party!  She had egg shaped cookies and punch for her party.  Sugar Sugar Sugar!!  Then she get home and opens all the eggs she found and guess what more SUGAR!!  She ate all of her candy but 2 pieces.  Tori is my sweets girl!!

Thursday, my parents came up and we went out to dinner.  Then we went to a softball game.  The girls loved watching plus they got Skittles and cotton candy.

Today, Brooklyn and Tori had Easter egg hunts and parties at their preschool.  Brent got to go with me today and the girls were so excited to see their Daddy!!

Saturday, my parents are coming up.  The girls love having them around!!    We also have to find shoes for the girls to match their Easter dresses.  The girls have matching Easter dresses this year.  It was the big girls’ idea to have matching dresses.  We will hang out and hopefully grill that evening.

Then  Sunday is Easter!!  We are going to church then home to prepare a Easter dinner for all of our families.  I love hosting big meals like this.  And it is great to have everyone here.

I hope everyone has a Blessed weekend!!  Happy Easter!!

Recovering From A Busy Weekend

Thursday, October 8th, 2009

The weekends in our house are always busy but this past weekend it was really busy from Friday afternoon until late Sunday night.

Friday, Brent and I had been married for 8 years. We had decided to just hang out with some close friends.  So we ordered dinner from my favorite Mexican restaurant and had a quiet evening at home.  We got the girls down early and just had some adult time to talk and hang out.  Which is something we rarely get to do.  We were talking and look up and it was 1:30 in the morning.

As normal our girls woke up and ready to start their day around 6:40.  So not much sleep for us.  Our girls have not learned that on Saturday they are suppose to sleep in.

Saturday was also Brooklyn’s birthday.  My first baby girl turned 4 on Saturday.  Brooklyn has been wanting to get her hair cut so Saturday morning I had scheduled for the two of us to go get haircuts.  So at 9:45 we went and go our hair cuts.  She smiled the whole time she was in the chair.  She was so excited!

While we were getting our hair done.  Brent and some friends of our family were replacing two rows of tiles in our kitchen that had busted.

Brooklyn’s party was at her favorite place to spend fall day and that would be the Johnston’s Pumpkin Patch.  So, we had her party at 2:00.  There we had some family, friends from church and preschool.  The party was lots of fun for everyone.  We got to do a hayride, see and pet the farm animals and pick out pumpkins.

After the party my parents and one of Brooklyn’s friends came over with her parents and I fixed taco salad and the girls got to play some more.

Sunday Brent had to grout the tile he put down Saturday.  I had to clean the house from all the party stuff the day before because we were throwing a surprise party for a good friend of ours Sunday night.  We had told this friend Friday night that he and his family were going to come over and have dinner with us for birthday.  So Sunday night we got everyone here before he got here and the surprise party was a success.

Over the weekend 2 of the girls and I started having this congestion/cough stuff from the weather changing so much.  Which means they are not sleeping well at night and coming into bed with us.  So this means Brent and I are not sleeping well.

So needless to say Monday was a definite recovery day.  I am just glad that I am a stay at home mom and am able to stay home and recover from the busy weekend.  I don’t think I would be a good employee on Mondays after have a busy weekend.  I enjoy getting the older girls to preschool and relaxing with Savannah not having to do much.

BeautiControl – Awesome Special Promotion

Saturday, August 2nd, 2008

BeautiControl has just announced a great special for August and September.

You can enroll as a BeautiControl consultant for a discount…$125 as opposed to $299.

For your $125, you get over $650 in product, training on the products, and the opportunity to save everytime you order your BeautiControl products.

Some of you may be wondering if this means you have to sell the product.  No, you do not have to sell in order to take advantage of this situation.  You can sign up just to get your personal products and discounts starting at 30%.  All it takes is one $100 retail order every 3 months (that is only $70 in products, something most of us use during this period).

I would love to share more of how you can save on these great products!  Feel free to email me at aprillworley@yahoo.com to get more information.

And when you email me, ask me about our current “Cruise” promotion.

Excited about the month of August

Friday, July 25th, 2008

As many of you know I am an Independent Consultant with BeautiControl and do home spas.  Well, in July I did 4 spas.  One of my spas had a retail order of $1100.  That got me so excited about doing more home spas that I have started filling my calender for the month of August.

BeautiControl is offering hostesses a great bonus if they have a home spa between the dates of July 28 and August 10.  If their home spa retail sale is more than $500 then they get a $100 bonus of free product from BeautiControl.  Plus the hostess gets everything I personally offer for hosting a home spa.  So if you would like to host a home spa or know of someone that would like to have a home spa please let me know.

Something else I have decided to do with my BeautiControl home spas is to treat the Family Support Groups of soldiers in Iraq.  My Dad is in Iraq so I just felt I needed to do something special for these ladies.  I have 2 home spas for these groups.  One in August and one in September.  I am so excited about treating these ladies to a relaxing time.

I am so excited about what BeautiControl has to offer.  I get to show women how to take care of their skin and how to take some “me time”. I also love that with BeautiControl I get to set when I work.  If you would like more information about how you can do this for yourself or other women please contact me.
